  • Get Voice of Customer's and improve communication and good relations with customers
  • Coordinating the implementation of Customer Focus & Costumer Events
  • Become a role model & change agent in branches related to the service mindset and implement Aqucare
  • Support and follow up on the results of the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) & Customer Loyalty Index (CLI)
