Manage / monitor the activities associated with maintenance, repair and vehicle documents in order to maintain the reliability of the unit and provide services according to SLA (Service Level Agreement) that has been agreed upon

• At least 1 year experience as Service Advisor or 3 years as Technical Support in Automotive Industry (Dealer or Showroom)
