  • Make tickets based on complaints or request that submitted by customer via social media (whatsapp, email, website etc)
  • Conduct analysis and provide solutions to every request for assistance from customers

  • Communicative and can receive information well

  • Discipline, can work with teams and willing to be work in shifts
  • Have at least 1 year as Solution Center Agent
  • Diploma or Bachelor from any major (from Communication will be preferred)
  • Max 30 years old
