Job Descriptions:

  • Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the outsourcing business unit
  • Identify and build a strong pipeline of new B2B clients
  • Conduct client outreach, presentations, negotiations, and close deals
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand account potential
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor team performance and ensure KPI achievement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery to clients

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major (preferably in Marketing, Business, or related fields)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in outsourcing / manpower / service industries
  • Strong prospecting and networking skills
  • Experienced in handling end-to-end sales processes (hunting, pitching, closing, maintaining)
  • Proven experience in leading a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a target-driven mindset
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
