Job Descriptions:
- Ensure building permits and administrative documentation are complete and compliant with regulations
- Handle maintenance and repair of office facilities and infrastructure
- Manage office assets and inventory (asset labeling, periodic inventory check, stock opname reporting)
- Coordinate with vendors and external parties related to facility and operational matters
- Implement routine SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) activities
- Handle General Affair operations for 8 branch offices across Jakarta area
Job Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from a reputable university
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as General Affair Officer or similar role
- Must have a valid SIM A (active driver’s license)
- Willing to travel and handle multiple branch offices in Jakarta
- Good administrative and documentation skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
