• Conduct market and industry analysis within the corporate rent sector to support the company’s business strategy

• Identify business opportunities and growth potential in the corporate rent segment

• Analyze corporate customer needs and behavior, and design appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements

• Collect, process, and present market data accurately and in a structured manner

• Prepare market analysis reports and insights as recommendations for management

• Present analytical findings and data in clear and effective presentations

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management or Marketing, preferably from a business school or reputable university
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Strong data analysis and data processing skills, particularly using Microsoft Excel
