Job Descriptions:

  • Identify employee training needs based on functional and individual needs
  • Develop and implement a Management Trainee Program
  • Create training schedules in accordance with TNA and employee competencies
  • Monitoring the registration process and evaluation of public training 
  • Provide  training materials 
  • Analyze training evaluation
  • Assisted internal trainers to prepare training modules equipped with guidance modules
  • Implement and document the training in accordance with the plan that has been made.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree of Psychology/ Management / Administration Business
  • Have experience in Corp Univeristy
  • Have min 1 years experience in People Development area
  • Interested in developing people
  • Have a good communication, interpersonal relationships, and agile
  • Good in data analyst
