Job Descriptions:

• Assist with job postings and candidate sourcing
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
• Support the interview and onboarding processes
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Job Qualifications

• Final-year or 6th semester student, or recent graduate (S1) in Psychology (Minimum GPA 3.25/4.00)
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to handle administrative tasks independently
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Data-driven and eager to learn
• Must be willing to work on-site (WFO) at our office in Sunter, North Jakarta
