Job Descriptions:

• Process monthly payroll, including salaries, allowances, overtime, incentives, and employee deductions.
• Verify, analyze, and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure accurate calculation of employee income tax (PPh 21), BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan contributions in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare periodic payroll reports and labor cost analyses.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of employee payroll data and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and improve payroll processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and internal controls.

Job Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, analytical, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality
• roficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills
• Knowledge of Indonesian payroll tax regulations and BPJS administration
• Experience in payroll processing and administration
