• Create an effective and efficient inbound shifting agent work schedule
• Review the performance of Inbound Agents
• Updating knowledge for Inbound Agents

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering or Automotive
• Have at least 3 years experience as Inbound Agent or Contact Center Agent especially in Automotive Industry
• Preferably those who have experience and knowledge in automotive area
• Have good experience as leader and able to handle team
• Good time management
• Willing to be placed in Tipar Cakung (Jakarta Utara) & Semarang
