Job Descriptions:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and update company Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, and other business process documentation.
• Create process maps and documentation using Microsoft Visio or similar tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and recommend effective process improvements.
• Support business process improvement initiatives, digital transformation projects, and process optimization programs.
• Ensure all business process documentation is properly maintained, up-to-date, and aligned with operational practices.

Job Qualifications

• Willing to be based in Sunter, North Jakarta
• Professional certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, or Project Management will be an advantage
• Experience in digital transformation projects or business system implementation is preferred
• Experience in Business Process, Continuous Improvement, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Project Management, Business Consulting, or Business Analysis is preferred
• Knowledge of Business Process Improvement, SOP development, Workflow, or BPMN is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or similar applications
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
