Job Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English is a plus
• Bachelor
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Organizational Development, HR, or a similar role, with proven expertise in organizational analysis, job evaluation, and job description development
• Strong analytical thinking with a focus on continuous organizational improvement
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a resilient, composed mindset when handling complex situations
