Analyze fixed asset needs and provide new building infrastructure based on MPP.
Controlling the process of paying fees related to staffing (eg gasoline, cellphone credit, tolls, parking).
Controlling the management of document storage and tidying processes in accordance with the 5R (SPD Form/Official Travel Letter, OB assignment exit Form, Credit Addition Form, PO/purchase order Form PR/Purchase Request).
Controlling the use of operational vehicles to support the smooth operation of the office (especially for manager level up).
Making numbering and mutation of assets as well as conducting stock opname and disposal asset.
Manage the sale of non-unit company assets with standard sales prices that have been determined by the company.
Analyze and check the building site plan & bill of quantity for renovation and relocation needs.
Identifying eligibility standards for building infrastructure in accordance with SHE (Safety Health & Environment) policies.
Ensure the tender offer is in accordance with the bill of quantity and material specifications.
Evaluate vendor performance in relation to GA vendors.
Monitor all building permits.
Monitoring the building maintenance at the branch.
Controlling all OPEX (routine fixed asset maintenance) expenses related to GA activities so that payments are timely and accurate.
Job Qualifications
Min S1 all majors
Minimum 3-4 years experience in the same position
Have experience in handling development showrooms or dealers
Have high accuracy
Likes work related to administration
Have an understanding related to SHE
Have an understanding related to building management
