Job Descriptions:

  • Greet customers and provide clear, customer-focused solutions
  • Handle vehicle check-in and check-out processes, including inspections and documentation
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are ready, clean, and in good condition
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support service quality
  • Manage documents for maintenance, repairs, and insurance claims

Job Qualifications

  • Diploma (D3) in Automotive Engineering or other relevant major
  • At least 1–2 years in customer service, automotive, or rental operations (fresh graduates welcome if service-oriented)
  • Energetic, have strong communication skills & customer service-oriented
  • Good knowledge of vehicle operations and rental procedures
  • Attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office
