Job Descriptions:
Greet customers and provide clear, customer-focused solutions
Handle vehicle check-in and check-out processes, including inspections and documentation
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicles are ready, clean, and in good condition
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support service quality
Manage documents for maintenance, repairs, and insurance claims
Job Qualifications
Diploma (D3) in Automotive Engineering or other relevant major
At least 1–2 years in customer service, automotive, or rental operations (fresh graduates welcome if service-oriented)
Energetic, have strong communication skills & customer service-oriented
Good knowledge of vehicle operations and rental procedures
Attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft Office
