• Bachelor from reputable university (any major)
• Age max 30 years old
• Have at least 2 years as Supervisor (from automotive industry or familiar with maintenance, cost control or research)
• Good analytical thinking and conseptual analysis
• Have experience or passion related to innovation and process improvement
• Willing to be placed in Sunter, Jakarta Utara
