Job Descriptions:

  • Develop & Implement policies on issues like employee relations, working conditions, HR Strategies, and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
  • Responsible in HR administrations, Payroll, BPJS, Insurance and ensure personnel files are up to date and secure
  • Contributing to the development of HR department goals, objectives, and supporting other functions of the Human Capital Department

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree of any Major
  • Experience in Payroll Area 1 - 3 Years
  • Experience handle employee
