Organizing and managing employee events to strengthen relationships between employees within the company
Fostering good communication to all employees in all areas
Maintain good relations with internal and external parties (community, agencies, government, and other related institutions) to support activities related to industrial/employee relations
Management of company permits with the Manpower Office related to industrial relations
Resolve cases of violations of labor laws / Company regulations, monitor and provide suggestions for improvement

Have basic knowledge or familiar with Adobe Photoshop
Can work in individual and team
Good communication skill and can think out of box
Have experience or willing to learn about company regulations
Min 2 years experience handling Employee Experience, Culture, ER/IR
