Job Descriptions:

  • Organizing and managing employee events to strengthen relationships between employees within the company
  • Fostering good communication to all employees in all areas
  • Maintain good relations with internal and external parties (community, agencies, government, and other related institutions) to support activities related to industrial/employee relations
  • Management of company permits with the Manpower Office related to industrial relations
  • Resolve cases of violations of labor laws / Company regulations, monitor and provide suggestions for improvement

Job Qualifications

  • Placement in Sunter
  • Have basic knowledge or familiar with Adobe Photoshop
  • Can work in individual and team
  • Good communication skill and can think out of box
  • Have experience or willing to learn about company regulations
  • Min 2 years experience handling Employee Experience, Culture, ER/IR
  • Bachelor of Communication, Management, Law
