Monitoring new user registration in Share Car - Share Fleet application

confirmation all request for use / rental through the application

monitoring unit usage via application backend (via GPS)

Pick up the phone and respond to WA regarding information, needs, or complaints submitted

reporting on registration results, unit usage, and information/needs/complaints submitted by customers

• Max 27 years old
• Willing to work shift
• min D3 all major
• Experience in Contact Center (Preferred)
• Able to operate Microsoft Office : Excel & Powerpoint
